These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 6s app platform. Please read each section carefully before registering or using any service. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 6s app platform — including the sportsbook, slot games, live casino, and fish game sections — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. 4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using 6s app, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with these terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular use.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform's software or content.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
- Registering using false personal information or impersonating any other person.
- Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the integrity of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
6s app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations without prior notice, and to withhold any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity pending investigation.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the 6s app platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method supports PHP transactions.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the member's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. 6s app reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current withdrawal procedures, which may include identity verification steps before funds are released. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. 6s app does not guarantee specific processing timeframes but will make reasonable efforts to process requests promptly.
All transactions are final once confirmed. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, contact support as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details. 6s app will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
6s app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6s app and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total liability to any individual member in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount held in that member's account at the time the claim arises.
All content on the 6s app platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 6s app or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a breach of these terms and may also violate applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
6s app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised use, or a violation of applicable laws. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, account funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a violation.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding obligations.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in platform features, applicable regulations, or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated to members where practicable. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
